Here's a site map of the vacant store.  The address is 666 Allegheny River Boulevard, Oakmont, PA 15139.  The site isn't overly large, but the right store could keep the parking lot full.  Additionally, some measure would need to be taken to keep bus riders from using the lot as a Park-n-Ride parking lot.  Perhaps a 2 hour time limit - enforced by the borough - would remedy the issue.
